Alcaucin village is a charming, very Spanish, white-washed village close to the national park with glorious, green views all around. It is also well-situated – it is on the doorstep of the national park (with its many walks and striking views); 30 minutes from the smart coastal resort and Spanish town of Torre del Mar; and 50 minutes from Malaga airport. Abundant bars and shops, a bank, a library, a health centre and even a 22m public pool open during high season make it a delightful place to live with all daily amenities on hand. From its balcony, there are uninterrupted views over the entire valley of Alcaucin. In front of the property is vacant land which cannot be built on so this view is secured. It is ‘as new’ as the only owners have never lived in it yet they updated it with high quality refurbishments.
